Yes, I knew this and yes; I always pop the Ravagers once I've completed the bonus, just in case.

Never had an ecto that way, but you never know

Yes this is common knowledge to most old timers, the incidence is so low that nobody bothers farming them.

Interesting... had no clue about that. Since it's so rare... and the amount of time involved... don't think I'll try it though.

yeah i found that page when i was reading about ectos a while ago but never bother to pop them there. it's much easier to get an ecto in UW.

Yes I did know this, only because I read a thread on here a long time ago that was quite a bit like this one, asking if anyone knew about it.

i believe those shadowy thing on the way to kill Galrath probably also drops ecto, i cannot remember or confirm it, but, i know I've sold an ecto to a merchant once, roughly about 30+ months back. while I was on my first character. but i am not sure who drop, but i know i did sold an ecto to a merchant once, and I don't know about FoW or UW then. so ... i don't know...

Yeah, I know, but the drop is SO, SO LOW that it doesn't matter much.

You can get some globs in the Tombs too.

yep knew about it but thats not what they are good for, i used to go through that mission and go right for the bonus to get tons of non max golds and piles of glittering dust. plus the whole place can be solo'd by just about anything.
